Privacy Statement

WeavedIn (“Blueface Technologies Private Limited” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s products and Website (“Visitors”), individuals who register to use the Services provided by WeavedIn (“Customers”) and individuals who work together with WeavedIn directly or indirectly within the scope of Business (“Partners”). This Privacy Statement describes WeavedIn’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s Web sites and the related applications and services offered by WeavedIn (the “Services/Product”).

Information collected

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, WeavedIn requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”).

When subscribing to the Services, WeavedIn may require you to provide the Company with more information that might be required for WeavedIn to get you its services in full running capacity like Billing address, contact information, tax related data (“Billing Information”).

Device information

We collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number.

Usage Logs

WeavedIn also collects the following information, while you use our services.

  • Details of how you used our service, such as your search queries.
  • Internet protocol address.
  • Device event information, such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

Use of Information Collected

The Company uses Data About WeavedIn’s customers to perform the services requested. For example, the information you entered in the Newsletter form, would be used to get you the Newsletter (“service” requested).

The Company also uses Data host online forums and social networks in which event attendees could also participate and to populate online profiles for customers to avail the services offered by WeavedIn via its products or web services hosted on the Company’s Web sites.

The Company may also use Data About its Customers for to notify customers and prospective customers, about updates to the application and other upcoming products. We may also use information provided to contact its customers to pursue discussions on interest in already existing or newly launched Services or features and also to send information regarding the WeavedIn, its affiliates, and its partners.

However, WeavedIn does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. WeavedIn may share information collected, with other companies that are bound by this agreement and work on WeavedIn’s behalf.

WeavedIn may also use the Navigational Information of its visitors to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites. Furthermore, WeavedIn may use a combination of the navigational information, user patterns and customer information to improve the product, get personalized promotions and information to its customers.

Testimonials, Forums and Referrals

Customers and Visitors may elect to use the options available in the WeavedIn website to inform friends about the Company’s services, products. WeavedIn may use the information entered by the Customer as appropriate to inform the intended individual of the respective service(s).

WeavedIn may also take the liberty to post testimonials and list of customers on the WeavedIn websites , emails and other media. WeavedIn shall obtain the consent of the respective customer before posting any such information.

WeavedIn maintains support documents and forums to engage the customer community to engage customers in any problem resolution and other support activities. This shall include but not be limited to Q&A forums, resolution documents and case studies. WeavedIn shall obtain the consent of the respective customer before it publishes any customer identifiable data on any of its Websites or other affiliated media.

However, WeavedIn shall not be responsible for information posted by its customers in posts or forums that are designed by default to display the customer information tagged along with entries.

Sharing of information collected


From time to time, WeavedIn shall partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from WeavedIn, the Company may share Data about WeavedIn Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s).

WeavedIn does not control our business partners’ use of the Data About WeavedIn Customers we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.


WeavedIn uses a third-party service provider (banks/credit card providers) to manage credit card processing and other payments if applicable. Customer data shall not be stored, retained, or used except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

Compelled Disclosure

WeavedIn reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if it reasonably believes that the use or disclosure of the same is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Communications preferences and Change of Address

Customers and Visitors have the option to choose the mode of communication of WeavedIn. This could be managed either via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email communication or customer settings from the Website. Additionally, customers could contact WeavedIn support for specific requests for communication preferences.

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with WeavedIn or its Services.

Customers are requested to notify WeavedIn via WeavedIn support or update via the WeavedIn website in case of any changes in the Customer Information collected by WeavedIn.

Customer Data

WeavedIn Customers may electronically submit data or information to the WeavedIn . WeavedIn will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except within the scope of this document, or as may be required by law. WeavedIn may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing its Services, Products, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.


WeavedIn uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data. WeavedIn implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and the Company hosts its Web sites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

However, Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their usernames and passwords.

Revisions to this Privacy Statement

WeavedIn reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. WeavedIn would provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company’s Web sites at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
